I love traveling with Gail because of all the special touches she adds to each trip. Also, I know if something should happen where special attention is required that Gail will go "above and beyond" to fix the problem. This did happen on one trip when a pickpocket took my wallet in a foreign country. Within minutes Gail helped make things better.... and so did some of the travelers on the trip. Gail's trips are THE BEST!!!!!
